Refund Eligibility
Payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable.
Once a subscription is activated, refunds are not provided for:
- Partial usage of the subscription period
- Non-usage of the platform
- Early cancellation of the subscription
- Downgrades from higher to lower tier plans
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused time
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A technical issue on our end prevents service activation
- The issue is verified by the Wachatr support team
- The request is raised within 7 days of purchase
- You have not used the platform extensively
