AI usage, paid integrations and other add-ons may carry additional charges. Meta Inbox adds Instagram and Facebook messaging; connected accounts and permissions are required. Advanced AI capabilities depend on availability and setup.

Wachatr connects the customer processes your team handles every day: enquiries, contacts, conversations, journey stages, follow-ups, campaigns, bookings and reminders. Communication channels are part of that workspace; your team’s customer operations are the focus.
Yes. Appointment reminders can have independently enabled WhatsApp, email and SMS channels. You need the corresponding provider setup, contact details and suitable message configuration. Channels use separate dispatch paths, so delivery times can differ.
Scale includes the Flowmaker visual workflow builder. Premium focuses on connected lead sources, commerce integrations, multi-channel journeys and campaigns. Choose the plan that supports the workflow you need.
Your Wachatr subscription is separate from WhatsApp message charges set by Meta, and charges from your email and SMS providers. GST applies to the subscription. Optional add-ons and AI usage may involve additional charges.
Your process should help the customer agree to a date and time before a reservation is created. A lead form enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Journeys and booking reminders are configured separately around that agreed process.
